I'm so glad you're here.

I offer yoga for all bodies and do my best to cultivate a supportive environment, especially for fat, queer students. My classes are appropriate for all ability levels and I create sequences meant to empower students with options, props, and descriptive cues. 


About

Meet me on the mat. Just as you are. 

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 12 years and first came to the mat as a way to counter a regular running regimen. As a former dancer, yoga was an unexpected way back to the mind body connection I enjoyed in my youth. While I no longer put feet to pavement regularly, my yoga practice remained, and has evolved over time.

I believe that all bodies are suited for yoga and teach from that perspective. Throughout a class, I offer options to consider so you can tune in and meet yourself exactly where you are. I have a personal affection for all the props, so bring your blocks, pillows, straps, or dog leashes.
